  • CHURCH of God is a well-established house of worship located in Rabun County. Since 2011, Wiley Church has become a driving force for ministry to Rabun and its local communities under the leadership of Pastors Adam & Carla Wright, whose passion for souls and “whole family” approach has permeated the heart of the community. Their burden is to reach the lost, reclaim the children, and restore those who have been wounded.
No one meets a stranger at Wiley, and we’ve come to be known as one of the friendliest churches around! Sunday morning services include uplifting, blended praise & worship and a Bible-based message from Pastor Adam. Wednesday evenings focus on Advanced Adult Bible Study with Associate Pastor, Dr. David Port, and children/youth activities under the leadership of Student Pastor, Zach Peters. You can also worship with us LIVE! Online through our Facebook Page (Wiley Church) and on YouTube (Wiley Church Live) on Sunday mornings at 9:30am and Wednesday evenings at 7pm!
In addition to Sunday & Wednesday services, we offer opportunities and activities to children, teens, young adults, senior adults, as well as local and international outreach & mission opportunities. Seasonally, we host a family Easter Egg Hunt and a Fall Festival open to the community, and participate in the annual Christmas Parade in downtown Clayton. Small groups meet throughout the week; Senior adults have regular monthly outings; and we offer jail and nursing home outreach, as well as Celebrate Recovery sessions. Wiley Church’s affiliation with the North Georgia Church of God further allows us to offer many extra spiritual growth opportunities off-site throughout the year, such as Winterfest and Junior Talent for Students/Youth, an annual Women’s Conference, Summer Camps for children from preschool to high school, and much more!
Wiley Church will be relocating soon nearer the heart of Clayton in order to reach more of Rabun County with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the hope of salvation. Our new church home will be situated amidst the vast array and bounty of God’s creation, and our prayerful goal is to point the lost to the Creator of the beauty they’ve come to explore. You can follow our progress on Facebook or on our website at www.wileychurch.net. As we declare every Sunday, “Judgment has no place here”…so whether you’re here for a weekend, a season, or for life, Welcome to Wiley! We hope you’ll visit us soon!
