I am a broker of land for development across 6 Southeastern states, GA/AL/NC/SC/TN/FL and licensed as a broker in each of those states. I work with my son Wake (we share the name Wakefield) so the company name comes from that family name. My wife Karon (of 45 years) and I moved to Rabun County in 2017 from Gainesville, GA where we raised our children over the past 40 years prior to moving here. We love the mountains, we are involved locally in the community as well.
