Who We Are
Ira Racadag is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. He has lived in Rabun County since 2017 and has seen how the psychiatric shortage negatively affects the community. Ira and his wife, Deborah, have worked in a variety of mental health settings since 2015. Throughout this time, they have witnessed how the current healthcare system is broken; negatively impacting healthcare workers, patients, and their relationship of trust. Building a relationship of trust requires transparency with costs, diagnoses, and treatment options.

Direct Pay Plans
The initial psychiatric diagnostic visit is $150.00. If the client decides to stay with us for treatment, the client can choose between paying the flat rate for follow-up appointments or a monthly plan based on their individual needs. Most clients will only need the minimum direct pay plan.

- $45.00/Month with autopay
- 15–30-minute visit every two months (6 total visits in a year)
- Any additional visits $75.00
Medium Plan $77.71/month
- $75.00/month with autopay
- 15–30-minute visit every month (12 visits a year)
- Any additional visits $55.00
Maximum Plan $145.06/month
- $140.00/month with autopay
- 15–30-minute visit twice a month (24 visits a year)
- Any additional visits $35.00
