As the nation prepares to celebrate its 250th birthday in 2026, Rabun County is marking the occasion with a countywide Arbor Day celebration that will span several days and locations. This year’s event will not only honor the importance of tress and environmental stewardship but also commemorate America’s 250 years of growth.
