This new facility, opened in 2020, offers an architecturally beautiful mountain lodge with touches of expert craftsmanship apparent throughout.
“It’s designed to appeal to nature-loving couples who prefer a more open-air natural setting that can range from formal to informal depending upon the bride and groom’s taste,” Gwen notes. “We consider it a privilege to work with brides and wedding planners to customize and stage all aspects of the wedding celebrations from rehearsal and rehearsal dinner to wedding ceremony, and reception, all on-site.”
This same flexibility makes the Forest Lodge an ideal choice for church events, yoga retreats, executive workshops and other activities requiring space, solitude and modern conveniences. There is 7,191 square feet of event space including 2,783 square feet of roofed deck space and 4,405 square feet of climate-controlled, indoor space.
Forest Lodge features a custom-made waterfall, pond and boulder entrance to a large, stunning wedding site with a massive stone fireplace, reception and dancing area, full audio and speaker capabilities with a built-in sound system, Wi-Fi and a hand-crafted mountain log bar.
