Civic Center

Our Ballroom provides generous space where only your imagination limits the possibilites! It is an attractive large room with a 25-foot ceiling, accentuated with beams and floor to ceiling columns. This room provides a 1300 square foot dance floor, a 600 square foot stage and a 7000 square foot seating and dining area. Many different events are suitable for our Ballroom including: Weddings/Receptions, Concerts, Trade Shows, Festival/Art Shows, Banquets, Black-Tie Balls, Proms, Theatrical Performances and more. Seating ranges from 600 Theater Style to 450 Banquet Style. The room can also accommodate smaller groups without losing an intimate environment. Our Retro 50’s Diner has a special flare you will not find elsewhere.  A unique setting for smaller events, this 1000 square foot room can seat up to 125 people. The Diner can be set for an informal setting or you can rent our linens for a formal setting. A classic Wurlitzer Jukebox provides a wide variety of music selections.The Diner includes a fully funcitoning kitchen with icemaker. Andof course, Wi-Fi is available at no additional charge.  Friday or Saturday Rental; $300; Sunday-Thursday; $200; Refundable Damage Deposit; $500

The Historic Rock House

The Rock House, circa 1935, is a charming historical gem to downtown Clayton. Accommodating up to 50 people, it is the perfect venue for intimate gatherings, meetings, or showers. It has a fully furnished kitchen for your use.

Requires Refundable $100.00 Damage Deposit.  Rental Rate: $100 per day;  Non-Profit Rental Rate: $75.00 per day;  Rentals of 5 days or more, $50.00 per day.    

The Veterans Park is a lovely place for peaceful contemplation or ice cream cones with the kids. The park was established in honor of those who gave all, so that we may enjoy these things.

The Conference Center is the perfect venue for your next meeting or workshop, whether it be a formal or intimate meeting style. You cant host a group of 40-50 people in classroom style seating.
